Liz McGuffie
Liz has been prompting in the conference industry since the mid 80’s – in fact it was her first foray into the working world after her college years. From the “Blue Peter” days of paper roll, scissors, glue and tippex, she has been at the heart of the industry servicing many of the top conference and events organisers.
In 1993 she established her own company delivering her brand of service with a smile (and occasional glass of wine) and has not looked back since. With her team of highly trained operators she leads from the front, bringing enthusiasm and experience to the job in hand.
In a global business, Liz McGuffie Prompting services supply equipment and operators to events all over the world. From motorshows in Shanghai to roadshows across Europe, our compact rigs enable easy and efficient delivery anywhere, any time.
Our systems and expertise mean that both experienced and inexperienced presenters appear professional, giving them confidence to deliver and even “perform” when necessary. |

Our Team Our greatest asset is our experienced team of highly trained operators. Most have been with us since the days of the very first paper scroll systems.
They are all extensively trained in the latest prompting software and in the fast efficient rig of our equipment. More importantly, all our operators are experienced in dealing with high profile presenters, heads of business, politicians and even royalty. Their ability to work with a team of conference professionals is not overlooked either, early rehearsals and late finishes are all considered part of the job. They are well used to the high pressures of “last minute changes” and presenters who like to ad lib!
We provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week service to meet the high standards demanded by the world’s leading broadcasters, production professionals, corporate communicators and politicians.
Guy Mapley A conference and live events industry veteran, Guy has been in the business for over 27 years since his career as a ballet dancer was cut short due to bunions.
