Thank you for all you did during the Conservative Party Conference.
I do not underestimate the amount of work that goes into producing an event of this scale and very much appreciate the important role you played. I know the work you do operating the prompt for speeches is hugely important, and often goes unnoticed. My Cabinet colleagues are very grateful for your support in rehearsals and in the hall.

When I realised last year that you provided the prompting services to the RNLI, I felt really safe when I took over as Chairman this year and I had to take the lead at our AGM and Presentation Awards.
I cannot believe that you were behind my first use of autocue at Brocket Hall in 1985 when we (Volvo)
launched a number of new cars....the days of tippex and toilet roll are long gone and the charming lady who looked after me this year was both reassurring and very professional.
